Music and Arts Ministry
The Music & Arts Ministry, under the direction of Rafael Ross, is designed to recapture the performing arts for the Kingdom of God. This ministry offers a wide array of opportunities to express oneself through song, instrumental music, liturgical dance, drama, and step. It is our prayer that everyone who comes into contact with any one of these ministries is not only blessed, but also changed as a result of the experience.

Dancers of Faith
Dancers of Faith is comprised of youth, teens, and adults who desire to worship the Lord through liturgical dance. This ministry is very vital to the regular Sunday morning worship experience. The goal of the ministry is to help each member grow spiritually and provide basic dance techniques that will prepare the youth for further study. Drama Ministry
Drama Ministry was birthed to spread the Word of God through drama presentations. We, the Body of Christ, are commissioned to "go and teach" all nations. This ministry, while supporting the vision of the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, embraces our commission through drama presentations, monologues, skits, plays, cantatas, dramatic enactments, and other major productions. Music Ministry
Men's Chorus is comprised of men who are members of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, ranging from the ages of 14 to 100. These are Godly Men who love to come together in fellowship amongst each other to worship God in spirit and truth. The Men's Chorus repertoire ranges from contemporary and traditional gospel to hymns and praise and worship songs. Inspirational Praise Ensemble (IPE) is comprised of youth and young adults ranging from the ages of 13 to 30. The members of this choir are very energetic and spirit filled and that energy is represented in the contemporary style of music they minister during the worship experience. Sunbeams are comprised of young people ages 5 to 12. These children are a blessing to all who have the opportunity to experience their awesome ministry. Women of Praise (WOP) is comprised of women, who are members of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, ranging form the ages of 13 to 100. These women are saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost.
