International Missions Orientation
The Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (MPBC) International Missions Ministry invites you to join us on an overseas mission this year.
**Attend our Information Session on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 10 am to learn more about taking an overseas mission**
Here are some of the exciting activities planned for several of the missions:

• Participate and lead worship services
• Visit water well contributed by MPBC
• Teach bible study to both children and adults
• Minister to indigenous peoples
• Pray over the land
• Experience the country’s culture
As you seek to respond to Christ’s Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), you’ll be equipped with what you need.
MPBC offers valuable missions training to prepare all missionaries.
Ethiopia - November 30 - December 7, 2012
Mission Goals: Missionaries will provide community development education and train Christian leaders to evangelize. Estimated cost: $3500*
Kenya - November 8 - 20, 2012
Mission Goals: Missionaries will conduct a 5-day Bible Institute in Kwanza. In Kacheliba missionaries will participate in Ordination and Commissioning of Pastor teams to serve as missionaries, build a church and install water well. Estimated cost: $4,500*
Sudan - November 1 - 12, 2012
Mission Goals: Missionaries will provide mission training for pastors and leaders, evangelize at nightly revivals and lay further groundwork for future missions. Estimated cost: $4,500*
Nigeria - October 22 - November 3, 2012
Mission Goals: Missionaries will travel to the rural areas of Nigeria spreading the gospel, install one water well in Ilorin, minister to schools, an orphanage and shelters, and travel to the Republic of Benin for outreach. Estimated cost: $3,500*
Liberia - October 21 - 30, 2012
Mission Goals: Missionary men will be working shoulder to shoulder with our partners in the planting effort, will encourage and promote leadership for self-sufficiency through ministry and prayer and facilitate training as requested. Estimated cost: $3,500*
Haiti - December 4 - 11, 2012
Mission Goals: Missionaries will participate in discipleship and Christian leadership training for youth. Estimated cost: $750.
