S4C:TEEN LOCK - IN
The “Stomp the Yard” Teen Lock-In--Preparing Teens for Servant Leadership. March 16, 2012; 7:30 pm – 5:00 am. “Teen Lock-In” will engage teens (13yrs-18yrs) in a special forum where teens can come experience God and His word in a way that is relevant. Teens will begin to further understand their own spiritual formation and gifts and grow as Kingdom workers through dynamic worship, engaging activities, and group interaction. Vessels of Honor Ministry
The children’s ministry, ages 4yrs-12yrs, are asking all children to submit either an essay or poem in poster format, highlighting an African American inventor or scientist. The essay or poem can be handwritten or typed and must include the person’s name, and include at least three – five pictures of the person and invention. Prizes will be awarded to everyone who submits an essay or poem on time. All submissions are due on or before Sunday, February 19, 2012. All posters must be submitted to Rev.
